RENT: Choose a delivery date and whether you would like to rent it for 3 or 7 days. Book your look, and we’ll get it to you! Choose normal or express shipping.If you wanted visiting store to rent ,the shipping label would not participate.and you may return in person.
WEAR: Look fab, feel great and turn heads. Enjoy your chic days.
RETURN: On the last day of your borrow, or next business day, place your item in its original packaging, seal it up, and place the return label on the outside of your packaging. Take the package to a nearby USPS or UPS ,Fedex store with a receipt.

About Bridal Gown Rental:We could custom made for you ,and after arrived in USA ,you can rent it for 7 days.You may pay this deposit after your measurement. Please bring your high heels to our store on the measurement day.
The custom-made gown will arrive in 4–6 weeks, so please plan ahead.
The deposit amount will be deducted on the gown pickup day.
The deposit is non-refundable..Rental cost is 7days from 239 to 299 plus 60 pro cleaning.

How to become a Consignor
You can rent or listing your items. Ideal for pieces you want to keep but don’t wear frequently.
Eligible items include authentic and great condition clothing, bags, belts, or hats with a retail value of $300 plus and Glasses, as well as daughters’ $88 plus dresses. Excluded items: lamb leather ,suede leather or delicate leather purses, and shoes.
1 You may submit items using the Consignor button on the www.rechic.us website.
2 Under your account, click Inventory, then Add Product, and submit your item along with proof of authenticity or photos of the original receipt.
3 Please allow time for RENT CHIC to review your inventory. If approved, the status will be updated. If rejected, we will notify you if additional photos are needed or if the item is permanently declined.
4 RENT CHIC will set the final rental price. We may contact you by email or talk face to face to discuss pricing.
5 Once approved, you may drop off items if you are in the Columbus area, or ship them in. We cover the shipping label for the first shipment.
6 You may withdraw your item at any time if needed. You may pick it up in store or pay for a return shipping label to have it sent back to you, and later ship it back to the store if desired.
7 The payout rate starts at 30%.
8 If any damage occurs, we will notify you. The renter will be responsible for the damage or replacement cost.
9 We will tag items, assign SKU numbers, taking pictures, clean them according to care instructions, and manage inventory. After many years rental ,the item worn out ,we may put in retired section base on the condition. You may pick it up in store or pay for a return shipping label.
10 Pay out will transfer to your bank account.
